DAILY POSTERS
Instead of trying to learn graphic design by reading books and studying like a normal person, I started a daily project.
The idea was to make a poster every single day until I felt I knew what I was doing with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4D, and more.
And it worked! Over the course of the project, I made 800+ posters, each of them teaching me something about graphic design, whether that was a particular technique or a way to definitely not do something.
Each of the posters can be seen on the page below. There's no sorting (other than some personal favourites being highlighted), and no way to filter through them.
Instead, this page is a repository of every. single. poster made during this three-year period. Some of them are okay, some of them are pretty good, and some were later sold as NFTs during that weird time when the world went mad for digital collectables.
Enjoy!
EXPECT LONG ASS LOAD TIMES

FAVES #1
Some early favourites. They don't have any theme. I just like them. Maybe you will too?

CONSPIRACY THEORIES
I find conspiracy theories quite interesting. I don't believe any of them, but I think it's interesting how people are able to bend logic to see things they want.
The COVID-19 ones (sheep + microchip) got me shadow-banned from Instagram. After they were posted, my impressions plummeted and never recovered lmao.

COLLAGE ART
Some collage art. Most of the assets were sourced from the HUGE collection of images on the British Library's Flickr.

FUTURE RENAISSANCE + GOING DARK
Five posters from a series I called "Future Renaissance", where Renaissance paintings were blended with sci-fi elements.
And then also a collection of darker style posters.

PATTERNS
Around this time I learned about the pattern tools in Photoshop, as you can see. I became obsessed with patterns.

ART DEALER
Was a big fan of this one. Art dealer, haha, do u get it?
Features artwork from:
-
Leonardo da Vinci
-
René Magritte
-
Andy Warhol
-
Katsushika Hokusai

FRIENDS :)
I like this little smiley fella. Think he's pretty neat.

FAVES #2
Some of my other faves that don't fall into any particular category.
Can you tell I like repeating text?
Can you also tell which ones were (extremely heavily) inspired by Barbara Kruger?

MEMES
Toward the end of this project I started losing my mind a little. At the end, most of the posters were some sort of meme or joke or silly little pun.

TOOTH PULLED
For the final poster in this archive, here's the one I made after having a tooth pulled, as well as the story time I posted on Twitter lol.
